Tim Andersen
Founder & Board Chair
Tim Andersen is a passionate ambassador for the game of golf and is the founder of Barrier Free Golf. Tim is the retired CEO of Bailiwick, an IT firm that specializes in the design and implementation of unique technical solutions. In addition to his work with Barrier Free Golf, Tim is actively involved in promoting and supporting junior golf and serves as a USGA Rules Official.
Susan Neuville
Board Member
Susan Neuville is a former finance executive holding leadership roles at Arthur Andersen and Deutsche Bank, working with Technology, Healthcare, and Oil & Gas industries. Susan has a BA from The University of Georgia and an MBA from The Chicago Booth School of Business. She and her husband John moved to Minnesota with their 5 children, after 10 years in England. Susan enjoys walking a golf course with her family, pondering the architect’s challenge at each tee, and occasionally admiring a satisfying shot.
Jake Miller
Board Member
Jake has 15 years of golf administration experience at multiple golf associations and is currently the Midwest Regional Affairs Director for the USGA. Prior to the USGA Jake spent a decade with the Utah Golf Association serving at the Executive Director for the latter half. Jake is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys golf, hunting and fishing. He currently resides in Milwaukee, WI with his wife and two boys.
Lisa Farrell
Board MEMBER
Lisa Farrell has over 25 years of experience leading transformational change to meet consumer needs in retail and health care as a former Sr. Executive with Best Buy and OptumRX. Lisa is an avid golfer; plays in the women’s league at Chaska Town Course and lives in Chanhassen. She also enjoys boating, traveling and entertaining.
Jon Mays
Board MEMBER
Jon is the Executive Director of the Minnesota Golf Association and a lifelong golfer who believes deeply in the game’s ability to build character, community, and connection. A former collegiate player, he is passionate about making golf more inclusive, welcoming, and accessible for all Minnesotans. Jon brings purpose and vision to his work, using golf as a vehicle to create opportunity and inspire the next generation of players.
Luke Melchert
Board Member, Secretary
Luke Melchert has served as Chaska’s City Attorney for over 40 years and is an attorney at the firm of Melchert, Hubert, Sjodin where he practices real estate and probate law. In his spare time, Luke enjoys golfing and travel. He has been a member of the Barrier Free Golf Board since 2014.
David Mooty
Board Member
David Mooty is deeply involved - both personally and professionally - in the game of golf. He is the owner of Prestwick Golf Club in Woodbury, MN and serves as a director of the Midwest Golf Course Owners’ Association. He was president of Continental Golf Corporation, a golf course acquisition and management company from 1993 to 2012. David is also a passionate golfer and made match play in the 2012 USGA Senior Amateur Championship. He has four children and five grandchildren and resides in Minneapolis, MN.
Dave Pokorney
Board Member
Dave Pokorney has deep roots in the Chaska community where he served as City Administrator for almost 25 years. Dave now consults on real estate development projects through his organization, Community Asset Development Group. He has been a member of the Barrier Free Golf Board since 2014.
JOSH REBHOLZ
BOARD MEMBER
Josh Rebholz discovered his passion for golf after college. Though behind the curve in rounds played and putts sank, his love for the game continues to grow. In addition to his work with Barrier Free Golf, Josh co-hosts a memorial golf tournament in honor of his late father. He is a financial advisor with RBC Wealth Management.
